Don't think I'll be fishing anymore...my partner and I have split up...so no more fishy pix of me then. Such is life I suppose. Thanks for the great fishing trips Rick...most of the time they WERE great :)

Yey!! The first half-decent fish of the year! It's been so poor this year. Just under 2 lbs.

And now for some of the vistors we have had whilst fishing...first...the seals.Not the fisherman's friend! One even took my fish right off the hook! Looks like they're wearing dinner jackets...well I supoose they are in a way!!

The dolphin above was another visitor...one of a whole school that jumped from side to side in front of the boat.

And this ...is the winning gilthead bream!

Can't tell you where I caught it but i literally

dropped down and it swam on straight away.

This was avery spikey Grey Gurnard...as you can tell from my face I didn't like holding this one either! What a fisherwoman I am!! These are more rare than the red and although it looks small, it was heavy enough to weigh in.

This was a good catch for me then, but as I've already said the bass had to be well and truly dead before I would hold it and that's why it's bent!! It was as rigid as a...rigid thing! What a lovely day though in July 2008..look at the water behind me.

A gilt-head bream caught April 2007.

It took a lot for me to hold the thing..wasn't sure if I could hold a live fish like that...wait 'til you see the bass! I had to wait until it was dead before I would have my photo taken!
